It was not fresh

I'm a fan of Michèle Cake Shop, but I can't help wondering if the cake I received was made the day before—or even earlier. The fruit was on the verge of spoiling and didn’t taste fresh at all. While the shop may bake cakes daily, for the customer, that’s not always the case. This was a birthday cake, a once-a-year occasion, and I truly hoped it would reflect that specialness. I wish the shop would consider the feelings of those who eat the cake. I was very disappointed.

Not sweet enough

Good cake with generous fruit but it wasn’t sweet enough. We had to add some honey to make it more palatable. The whip could have been sweeter.
