Chestnut filling has turned sour

Very disappointing experience. Cake looks great but when we tasted the chestnut filling it was totally sour. Should not have used expired or rotten materials for cake.

The chestnut cake is basically of high quality and taste great (The fresh cream is not too sweet👍🏻 , and with fresh and creamy chestnut paste👍🏻, fresh fruits and soft sponge cake👍🏻). The delivery is reliable and on time. My husband was also satisfied the birthday cake, except that the tiger skin did not completely cover the outside (diameter) of the cake, leaving about 1.5 inch of space uncovered😮😮. That cake outlook really made me surprised, seems the chef did not have enough tiger skin to cover the entire cake...... =o=" 😓😓
