Chestnut cake too sweet

I have ordered this chestnut cake many times over the last 3 decades. I asked for less whipped cream which they listened. Unfortunately the cake is a lot sweeter than used to be. I contacted them and they said they would check into it. I guess next time when I order I need to remind them less sweet given the inconsistency in their sweetness.

The chestnut cake is tasty & fresh. The price is reasonable. We shall order more in the future.

Not freshly made

The cake didn’t taste fresh — it seemed at least a day old. The chestnut paste was slightly sour, and the cake itself was quite soggy.
