Disappointed at the quality

The cake was dry. It’s very different from the moist and fluffy cakes I’ve had from Michele Cake Shop. Very disappointing.

Cake tasted not fresh

I've ordered many cakes from Michelle's and the delivery is always great and on time! However, this is the first cake where the sponge tastes very dense and not fresh, very disappointed.
